Citizen's Charter

1) 2 to 3 years training course is conducted for children. The subjects of training are music, dance, painting etc.

2) All classes of children have the opportunity to be trained in the prescribed training courses by paying the prescribed fee.

3) There is an opportunity to receive free training for distressed children.

4) Considering the importance of different national and international days are celebrated.

5) Apart from this, World Children's Day and Child Rights Week, Bengali New Year, Children's Education Tour, Shishu Ananda Mela, Rabindra-Nazrul Birth Anniversary and many other important events are celebrated.

6) There is a library open for children. The facilities of this library are open to the public except children.

7) Children can become members and trade books for a fixed period of time.

8) There is an opportunity to develop children's talents through library based educational activities and competitions.

9) In order to increase the reading habits of children, books written by famous writers of the country are published from the central office, which are available for sale through district branches.

10) Monthly children's magazine is regularly published from the central office. All these magazines have arrangements for publishing children's writings and drawings. These are available every month at the district branch.

11) There is a pre-primary school for underprivileged children, where children can read and write for free
